Erica Parker is a Managing Director leading one of the custom research teams focused on thought leadership and communications research. Over the past nearly 20 years, Erica has provided research-based consulting for many large corporations and organizations, including those in the non-profit, auto, energy, travel and tourism, technology, financial services, consumer packaged goods, and media industries.
Erica has a wide range of experience working on qualitative and quantitative research engagements (both international and domestic) including thought leadership, brand strategy, communications testing, corporate reputation, creative testing, naming studies, and issues management. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Maryland.
