Andrew Laningham is a research analyst for The Harris Poll’s Central Marketing Team. Drawing on his background in social science research, he conducts studies and analyzes data on social trends for media partners, nonprofit organizations, academic partners, and commercial clients. Prior to joining The Harris Poll, Andrew was a communication researcher at The University of Alabama, where he conducted research on interpersonal communication, honesty, trust, and political polarization. His research has been published in Scientrometrics, The Journal of Foodservice Business Research, and The Journal of Foodservice Management and Education. Andrew holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from The University of Alabama in Communication Studies.
