Before joining The Harris Poll as CEO in May 2017, Will served as President of BAV Consulting, a Young & Rubicam Group Company. He also worked as Chief Strategist for BrandAsset Valuator, the world’s largest study of brands and model of consumer/brand behavior.
Will holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. He graduated magna cum laude from Lafayette College with a B.A. in political science and government in 2001. Will is also a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), a community of more than 30,000 executive leaders worldwide.
A thought leader, Will is a frequent contributor to Ad Age, Chicago Tribune, Sports Illustrated, Harvard Business Review, The Washington Post, among others. He presented at the World Economic Forum in 2016, releasing “Best Countries” a rating of eighty nations against twenty-thousand elites, business people, and citizens in partnership with U.S. News & World Report and The Wharton School.
Will currently lives in Chicago with his wife and children. He is a member of The Economic Club of Chicago and serves on the Board of Directors for Tutoring Chicago.
