With new year, we resolve (again) to work out, lose weight
The gym at the Downtown Orlando YMCA this week was packed with people lifting weights in time to loud music. Body Pump group-exercise classes are always popular, but come the new year, it’s hard to find a few square feet of floor space — or a parking spot in the lot.
